LISN LED
During the production and installation of LED displays, we will need to use a lot of small screws, which are used in modules, masks, wire fixation, splicing and fixation between boxes, and installation. They have different sizes and functions.
First of all, in the process of module production, we often have magnet screws, mask screws, power screws, control cards, power and wire fixing screws.
Commonly used screws are Self-tapping Screws, which are used to fix the module and the box. Common ones are M3 or M4. Generally, M3 is used for indoor and magnet screws. Mask screws are usually very small Plastic Screws, which can help insulation and anti-static, and are used to fix the module mask. Power screws, control cards, power supplies and wires usually use Stainless Steel Screws to help fix these accessories.
In the process of led display assembly, we usually use countersunk screws (Countersunk Screws), which are fixed on the surface of the module and the box. The conical head design avoids protrusions that affect flatness or beauty. When the led display needs to be installed on the bracket or wall, hex screws or machine screws are generally used for splicing between boxes and fixing the frame structure. When we need to fix the LED display to a concrete wall, steel structure or ground, we will use expansion screws (Expansion Bolts, which achieve firm anchoring through expansion force and are suitable for scenes with high load-bearing requirements.
In terms of the material selection of screws, we must choose screws with rust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-theft materials according to the installation environment of the LED display, so as to ensure the stability, safety and long-term service life of the LED display.
