Marking, packaging, transportation and storage of LED Display

The packaging, marking and storage of LED display screens shall comply with the requirements of SJ/T 10463.

Marking: 

Product marking: 

The nameplate shall be installed at the appropriate position of the LED display screen.

The nameplate shall contain the following contents

a. Trademark;

b. Product name or model;

c. Production date;

d. Manufacturer name.

Packaging mark The marking of the outer packaging box of the LED display shall comply with the requirements of GB6388

a. Product model and name;

b. Trademark;

c. Manufacturer name;

d. There are graphic marks such as "upward", "handle with care", "afraid of moisture", etc. These marks shall comply with the provisions of

GB191.

e. Indicate the product quantity, gross weight and packing date.

Packaging:

Packaging in boxes that comply with the outer packaging mark regulations.

The packaging must meet the requirements of moisture-proof, vibration-proof and corrosion-proof.

Each batch of packaging boxes shall be equipped with a product inspection certificate, packing list, spare parts and accessories list and a random document list in the calibrated box.

Transportation Packaged products can be transported by any means of transportation, but should be protected from rain, prolonged exposure to the sun, contact with corrosive gases and mechanical damage during transportation.

Storage The storage temperature range of LED display screens is 0-400C, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the surrounding environment is free of acid, alkali and corrosive gases, and there is no strong mechanical vibration, impact and strong magnetic field.
