1. Raw material IC and chip

Raw material light-emitting chips are divided into two categories: imported and domestic. Imported light-emitting chips such as American and Japanese chips are relatively expensive because they have always mastered the core technology. Domestic chips such as Taiwan and mainland chips are relatively affordable, but their performance is still a certain distance compared to American and Japanese chips. If the quality requirements of the LED screen are very high, we usually recommend customers to use imported chips; in addition to LED chips, another raw material that affects the price of LED display is LED driver IC. Driver IC is a very important factor affecting the quality and life of LED display , so when making LED full-color LED display , you must use a more expensive constant voltage and constant current driver IC.

2. Product specifications

LED screens can be divided into single color, dual color, and full color in terms of color, synchronous and asynchronous in terms of control or usage, and indoor, outdoor, and semi-outdoor in terms of usage environment. The prices of LED display of different specifications are different. Indoor full color is divided into surface mount full color, surface mount three-in-one full color, and dot matrix full color. Outdoor full color is divided into 1R1G1B (generally high density, such as: PH10, PH12), 2R1G1B (generally high density, such as PH16, PH20, etc.). Different specifications require different configurations, so the prices will also be different.

3. Supporting system

Editing system: editing computer, editing software, video compression card;

System accessories: receiving card, sending card, adapter card;

Playing system: control computer, multimedia card or graphics card, playing software;

Protection system: power distribution system, cooling system, lightning protection system;

Monitoring system: sensor + monitoring software;

Sound system: amplifier + speaker;

Video input equipment: video recorder, DVD/VCD player, closed-circuit television;

Graphic input: digital camera and scanner;

4. The modules of different brands have different prices for LED screens. For example, Guoxing and Jingtai are relatively expensive, and Hongsheng is slightly cheaper. The second is some unknown domestic brands of lights, which are cheaper. But there are some differences in quality. We mainly recommend customers to use some quality-guaranteed lights such as Guoxing, Jingtai and Hongsheng.
