Inspection is divided into design identification inspection and production identification inspection. Identification inspection is carried out by the superior designated department or the entrusted quality inspection unit.
Sampling method and inspection items:
Check the hardware use environment, software use environment, structure and appearance, safety requirements, performance characteristics, uniformity, uncontrollability, and power supply of the LED display screen, which should meet the requirements of 5.1-5.8.
Randomly select a set of display units from the LED display screens that have passed the inspection in 7.2.3.1 and conduct environmental adaptability inspection on schedule. 9.
Conduct feasibility test on the identified LED display screens on schedule. 10. Use the timed constant number truncation test scheme 1-2 specified in GB11463.
Conduct field use tests on the LED display screens that have been designed and identified.
Qualification criteria In the inspections of 2.3.1 and 7.2.3.2, two non-fatal non-conformities are allowed. If they exceed, they will be judged as unqualified.
The inspection of 7.2.3.3 shall comply with the requirements of GB11463.
The inspection of 7.2.3.4 shall comply with the requirements of this standard and the enterprise standard of LED display screens.
Quality consistency inspection:
Quality consistency inspection is divided into Group A inspection, Group C inspection and Group F inspection.
Group A inspection:
Group A inspection is the inspection of the basic requirements of LED display screens.
The items of Group A inspection are in accordance with the provisions of the expression. LED display screens need to be inspected set by set. Any unqualified product needs to be returned to the production department for repair and re-inspection.
The A group inspection shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display manufacturing unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit, and the ordering party may send a representative to participate.
C group inspection:
C group inspection is an environmental adaptability inspection.
For batch-produced products, when the production interruption time is greater than one month, each batch shall be subject to environmental adaptability inspection, and the continuously produced products shall be subject to environmental adaptability inspection once a year. Environmental adaptability inspection shall be conducted when the design, process, main components and materials are changed.
The environmental adaptability inspection shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display manufacturing unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit. A set of display units that have passed the quality consistency A group inspection shall be randomly selected for environmental adaptability inspection.
Secondary non-fatal failures are allowed during the entire process of environmental adaptability inspection. After repair, the inspection shall continue from the unqualified items. LED display screens that fail the environmental adaptability test are prohibited from leaving the factory. All work-in-progress and finished products must be re-inspected. After finding the cause, re-inspect the environmental adaptability. 7.3.3.5 Samples that have passed the environmental adaptability test should be printed with a mark and should not be shipped as genuine products. 7.3.4 Group F test 7.3.4.1 Group F test is a feasibility test. The sequential truncation test scheme 2-3 specified in GB11463 is adopted. 7.3.4.2 Products produced in batches should be subjected to feasibility tests every year, and products produced continuously should be subjected to feasibility tests every two years. Feasibility tests should be conducted when the main design, process, main components and materials are changed. 7.3.4.3 The feasibility test shall be conducted by the quality inspection department of the LED display production unit or the entrusted quality inspection unit. Samples shall be drawn from the display units that have passed the quality consistency test according to the requirements of GB11463 for feasibility tests. 7.3.4.4 LED display screens that fail the feasibility test are prohibited from leaving the factory. All work-in-progress and finished products must be re-inspected. After finding the cause, re-conduct the feasibility test.
Quality qualification judgment The first inspection shall comply with the requirements of this specification, and the inspections of groups A-F shall all be qualified. The quality consistency inspection is qualified.
